Everything on this page forms part of the Terms & Conditions you agreed to when you signed up. This is a summary of the key points so they're easy to find.
Getting access
- Check your inbox for your login email from Kajabi. It contains your unique access link. Can't see it? Check your junk or spam folders.
- If you don't have anything within 24 hours, email me directly at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted.
- If you signed up for the VIP option, you'll receive a separate email with all details and next steps.
Your commitment
- Your membership has a minimum commitment period of 3, 6 or 12 months, based on the option you selected at checkout. You agree to complete all payments due across that term.
- Completing your minimum term does not automatically cancel your membership. It continues month-to-month at the ongoing rate until you give valid written notice.
- Pay in Full options. Where you select a Pay in Full option, your payment provides access for the minimum membership term specified at checkout.
- Paying in full does not mean the membership automatically terminates at the end of that minimum term.
- The continuation and cancellation provisions below apply to both monthly and Pay in Full members.
Cancelling
- To cancel after your minimum term, email [email protected] with at least 30 days' written notice. Your membership stays active and fees still apply during that notice period.
- DMs, Kajabi messages, community posts, texts and verbal conversations are not valid cancellation notice. Neither is stopping participation, removing your payment method or a failed payment.
Payments
- If a scheduled payment fails, a $35 late payment fee may apply and access may be suspended until your account is up to date.
Important
If you wish to discontinue after your minimum term, you must provide 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Without written notice, your membership, including those who have paid in full for their term, will automatically roll over to a month-to-month basis and continue until cancellation is requested.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place when you signed up applies to your current minimum term. If a change affects your membership, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
