CEO Tool Suite

The CEO GPS Tool

Get your offer built, your hooks written, and your numbers run, in one tool, without hiring a strategist, a copywriter, and an accountant separately.

Step One 路 Where you are

Build the offer

Most offers do not fail on price. They fail because the buyer cannot tell what changes for them. Answer four questions and the tool writes your offer back as one sentence. Tap the question mark on any field to see how it looks for a product, a service, or an info business.

Your offer, in one line

Answer the questions to see your offer line.

Your answers save to this browser only. If you switch devices, clear your cookies, or use incognito, the tool will start fresh.

Step Two 路 The route

The hooks

Not finished lines. Hook structures. Eighteen of them across six categories, so you can rebuild them every week with different inputs instead of waiting for a good idea to arrive. The words in red are your slots.

Safe holds the same structure but softens the accusation. Use it when your audience is cold, when you are speaking to a corporate or conservative buyer, or when you are still building trust. Lower risk, slower conviction.

Category 01

The Callout

Names the thing they are getting wrong before they can scroll past. Highest stop rate of any category, and the fastest way to be unfollowed if you get the diagnosis wrong.

Framework 01 路 Wrong Diagnosis

Most people think the issue is [what they blame]. Usually it is [the real cause].

The problem is not [what they blame]. It is [the real cause], and you already know it.

Use whenYour buyer has tried the obvious fix and it did not hold.Avoid whenYou cannot name the real cause specifically. Vague diagnosis reads as clickbait.
Framework 02 路 Silent Behaviour

If you find yourself [specific behaviour], it is usually a sign of [real problem], not [what they think].

If you are still [specific behaviour], you do not have a [what they think they need] problem. You have a [real problem] problem.

Use whenThe behaviour is private and has never been named out loud to them.Avoid whenThe behaviour is something everyone posts about already.
Framework 03 路 The Ceiling

Everything works until [the point it stops]. That is normally structural, not personal.

Everything works until [the point it stops]. That is not [what they assume]. That is [the structural reason] and no amount of effort fixes it.

Use whenYour buyer is competent and stuck.Avoid whenThey are a beginner. Ceilings only land on people who have hit one.
Category 02

The Contrarian

Takes the advice they have already heard a hundred times and turns it over. Builds authority quickly because it proves you have your own data, not a repackaged feed.

Framework 01 路 Reverse Advice

More [common advice] is rarely the answer. Removing [the thing they defend] usually is.

You do not need more [common advice]. You need to stop [the thing they are defending].

Use whenYou can back it with your own numbers or a client result.Avoid whenYou are only contradicting the trend to sound different. Empty contrarian costs trust fast.
Framework 02 路 Cut Not Add

The fastest route to [result] is often removing [what everyone adds] rather than adding more.

You will get to [result] faster by deleting [what everyone adds] than by adding [the popular fix]. The adding is what got you stuck.

Use whenYour buyer is overworked and over-informed.Avoid whenThey genuinely are not doing enough yet. This gives them permission to keep hiding.
Framework 03 路 Permission Removal

Nobody is waiting for [what they are perfecting]. They are waiting for [the simpler action].

Nobody is waiting for you to [what they are perfecting]. They stopped thinking about you the second you went quiet.

Use whenThe block is visibility, not knowledge.Avoid whenYour audience is fragile or newly burnt. Spicy here can read as cruel.
Category 03

The Proof

Shows the result and isolates what caused it. This is the category that makes people ask what you sell without you pitching once.

Framework 01 路 One Change

I changed [one specific thing] and saw [measurable outcome]. Here is what changed.

I changed [one specific thing]. [Measurable outcome]. That is the whole story, and it took [short time].

Use whenThe change is small enough to be believable and specific enough to repeat.Avoid whenYou are compressing six changes into one for a better story.
Framework 02 路 Same Inputs

Same [audience, price, effort]. One variable changed: [variable]. Result: [result].

Same [audience, price, effort]. I changed [one variable] and got [result]. Nothing else was different. Nothing.

Use whenYou want people to ask what you sell without pitching.Avoid whenOther variables actually did change. People check.
Framework 03 路 The Timeline

[Time period] ago I was [starting state]. Now [current state]. The turn came from [the decision].

[Time period] ago I was [starting state]. Today [current state]. Nothing external changed. I changed [the decision].

Use whenThe timeline is real and long enough to be credible.Avoid whenYou have to shrink the timeframe to make it impressive.
Category 04

The Cost

Puts a number on staying the same. Moves people who already agree with you but have not moved yet. Use sparingly, it gets heavy fast.

Framework 01 路 Running Total

Every [time unit] with [current approach] quietly costs you [specific loss].

Every [time unit] you keep [current approach], you are paying [specific number] for the privilege of not deciding.

Use whenThe loss is countable.Avoid whenYou have to invent the number. Made up costs are obvious.
Framework 02 路 Invisible Bill

[The thing they think is free] is not actually free. It costs [what it costs].

Doing [the thing they are proud of] yourself is not saving you money. It is costing you [what it costs] and you are calling it discipline.

Use whenThe habit is one they are proud of, like doing everything themselves.Avoid whenYour buyer genuinely cannot afford to outsource yet.
Framework 03 路 Future Pace

If nothing changes, [realistic timeframe] from now looks a lot like today, just with [what compounds].

In [realistic timeframe] you will be in exactly [the same position], only [what is worse], and you will have spent the whole time working.

Use whenYou can say their position in their words, not yours.Avoid whenYou are guessing at their life. Wrong details kill the whole post.
Category 05

The Mirror

Says the private thought out loud. Lowest reach, highest saves and DMs. This is where identity and subconscious work sells itself.

Framework 01 路 The Private Thought

A lot of people quietly wonder [the private thought]. It is more common than it looks.

You have thought [the private thought] and told nobody. That thought is not a character flaw, it is data.

Use whenYou have heard it verbatim from a buyer or a call.Avoid whenYou are projecting your own thought onto them.
Framework 02 路 The Two Versions

There is the version you talk about publicly, and the version behind it: [the real state].

Publicly: [what they post]. Actually: [the real state]. Everyone can feel the gap even if they cannot name it.

Use whenYour buyer is performing success they have not reached.Avoid whenIt could read as calling out one identifiable person.
Framework 03 路 The Repeat Pattern

This is the [number] time you have started [the thing]. That pattern is worth looking at.

This is the [number] time you have restarted [the thing]. The problem was never the plan. It is what happens to you around week three.

Use whenYou are leading into identity or subconscious work.Avoid whenYou have no mechanism for the pattern. Naming it without a fix builds shame, not sales.
Category 06

The Mechanism

Explains why your way works and everything else almost works. This is the category that makes your offer the only logical next step.

Framework 01 路 Two Halves

[Result] takes two things: [half one] and [half two]. Most approaches only cover one.

You have [half one]. You have never touched [half two]. That is why it keeps almost working.

Use whenYour offer is the only place both halves exist together.Avoid whenThe second half is not actually in your offer.
Framework 02 路 Wrong Order

Most people do [step B] before [step A]. The order matters more than the effort.

You did [step B] before [step A]. That is not a work ethic problem, that is a sequencing problem, and it will repeat until you fix the order.

Use whenYour methodology has a defensible sequence.Avoid whenThe order is arbitrary. People test this one.
Framework 03 路 The Named Thing

I call this [your name for it]. It explains why [the frustrating pattern] keeps happening.

There is a name for what is happening to you. I call it [your name for it], and once you see it you cannot unsee it in your own business.

Use whenYou want to own language other people start repeating.Avoid whenThe name is clever but does not describe anything real.
Step Three 路 The distance

Run the numbers

Not a projection, a requirement. Enter your goal and your real rates, and the tool tells you what has to be true for the maths to work.

NoteUse what you want to take home plus your costs, not a round number that sounds good.

Where this goes next

You have the route. The other half is whether you follow it.

The GPS gives you the strategy. Woman Mastery HQ is where you get the subconscious work that stops you shrinking the offer, dropping the price, or going quiet the week it matters most. Personal audits, weekly live coaching, and the room of women doing the same thing.
