WMHQ is a 6-month commitment. VIP has a 3-month minimum inside that. After your 6 months, it's month to month.
To downgrade to the regular WMHQ Membership ($450 AUD / mo): once your 3 VIP months are complete, email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next payment date. We'll move you onto the standard rate for the rest of your 6 months. So if you do 3 months on VIP, you'll do at least 3 months on the standard membership.
To cancel: once your full 6 months are complete, email the same address at least 7 days before your next payment date and we'll stop your renewal. One email, that's it.
Either way, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Once you join, you'll receive two emails.
1️⃣ Kajabi Login Email → This contains your login details so you can access the WMHQ portal.
2️⃣ VIP Welcome Email from Jess → This walks you through exactly where to start, how to book your private onboarding call, how to use the WMHQ Vault, and how to enter the community. (Check your junk/spam folder just in case.)
Inside the Vault and the WMHQ Community, you'll also find a "Where Do I Start?" section that guides you step-by-step through your first actions inside the membership.
